With Melangolo di Puglia orange extract. Dedicated to those who have a weakness for strong tastes.
For the Amara Aranciata the Melangolo di Puglia was chosen, the bitter orange par excellence. The characteristic wrinkled skin protects a pulp with a strong and inimitable taste, like its history. It is among the oldest citrus fruits grown in Puglia, its origins date back to the year 1000. A fruit made famous thanks to the events of Melo, prince of Bari, who made it a gift to the Normans. Melangolo owes its contrasts and scents to the land, climate and sea of the Gargano. For a bitter orange juice as good as you expect.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The languid pastel shades unexpectedly conceal a fruity bouquet, with strong and pleasantly pungent notes. The result in the mouth is a clear and transversal attack, which slowly slips towards a pleasantly bitter and dry finish, a distinctive feature of the product.
The fine effervescence persists balancing the bitterness and enhancing its freshness.
Serve in a tall tumbler glass filled with ice and garnished with orange zest. Perfect as an aperitif in accompaniment to savory foods and canapés.
