Initially, 15 plant substances are macerated in a neutral sugar cane spirit to extract flavour compounds and essential oils.
Subsequently, six further characteristic plant compounds are infused into the gin by the process of steam infusion via a copper basket.
The result is a gin that tastes like Indian basil leaves, Portuguese rosemary, Mediterranean fennel seeds, Calamansi from the South Pacific, star anise from Vietnam and Acai from Brazil. Other ingredients round off the taste profile harmoniously!
